Cyanotypes are one of the earliest forms of photography and are today recognised as an alternative photographic process and as original printmaking. Lucy experiments with different types of cyanotype exposures and different ways of creating imagery. Using the natural forms themselves as stencils and masks as well as both analogue and digital drawings.

"Each part of the process comes with its own limitations and aspects you cannot fully control - luckily I have great faith in serendipity to lead the path forwards and take the artworks to new and unpredicted outcomes. For every success there are many failures - but it's worth it" Lucy Perry 2020

We try to represent colours as accurately as possible but differences in hue will occur due to variations in monitors and lighting. If you are interested in a artwork but unsure of how it will work with your space I can send you more images, even paint samples if you need to match a colour. It is also possible for me to produce an ‘insitu’ digital impression of how the piece would look in your room. Please email me if you wish to discuss this.
