The Nurture Project arranges a series of 'Wellbeing in Nature Workshops'. These one-day nature-based events take place in and around woodland in north Norfolk and are lead by a variety of practitioners. They are primarily aimed at anyone with an interest in wellbeing and / or connecting with nature, but any profits that are generated from the events go towards subsidising places for more vulnerable people on regular therapy programmes at The Nurture Project .

Join us at The Nest for a fun-filled day of creativity and experimentation. This in-person event will guide you through the process of creating unique blue prints using sunlight and simple materials. No prior experience needed, just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to get your hands dirty. Get ready to dive into the world of alternative photography and unleash your inner artist. Afternoon workshop: Enjoy creating colourful monoprints using paper stencils inspired by Matisse.

Fun and creative workshops with artist and teacher Lucy Perry, mono printing with plant forms/paper stencils and layers of colour.

You will learn how to ink up your plate, use plant forms to produce beautiful imagery and then layer colours and impressions to produce exciting prints. There will be the opportunity to create collages with your prints and you will have plenty of colourful work to take home. Suitable for those who enjoy exploring art processes ... and you don't need to be able to draw!

Materials provided. Aprons provided. One free tea/coffee included. Free parking at John Lewis.
