Join the Drawing into Printmaking Course to discover the joy of printmaking.
Printmaking is all about process - step by step you create artwork through set procedures and limitations that impart particular characteristics and attributes to the outcome - and that’s why I love it so much, you give-in to the process and let that do the work! The course is an introduction into a whole host of printmaking techniques - low tech and the perfect way to explore and develop your own printmaking style. Each technique begins with a drawing session to collect information in a way that is appropriate and conducive to the technique being explored - thereby supporting a successful printmaking experience.

Creative Painting Course

Join the Creative Painting Course to discover the joy of artful mixed media painting.
Each session will build observational, drawing and painting skills to develop confidence in creating your own paintings. Students will experience a wide range of practical techniques in primarily water based media to include (but not limited to) acrylics, watercolour, ink, and collage. Sessions will be mainly seasonally themed and will include warm up exercises as well as the opportunity to work on a focussed piece of artwork. We will also look at the work of other artists and dip into art history to inspire us further.
